After a recent visit from my sister she left me feeling inspired. Her creativity stretches so broadly from painting and singing to cooking. She left behind some of her tasty recipes and a book she extracted from our local library, cook yourself thin. 80 delicious recipes which may have fewer calories but are not lacking in taste. I couldn't wait to get started.
My plan is not to lose weight as I am 20 weeks pregnant but to educate myself on healthier options for me and my family and maybe help my hubby lose a few kilos along the way. I aim to try at least two new recipes each week.
