chicken and prawn egg-fried rice (page 141)

My first hurdle is my fussiness of meat. I don't eat any. I eat poultry, some game and fish so dishes that contain these will probably be first.

Recipe
Serves: 4 - served one hungry husband, one pregnant wife and one 3 year old stalling for her bedtime
Prep: 15 mins - would probably have taken this if I didn't have two rug rats under my feet and a husband at the pub!
Cook: 20 mins


Variants: Used green beans instead of mangetout 
Verdict: A lot of prep but delicious and spicy! Will definitely cook this again!
