pork paper with garlic, anchovy & lemon dressing (page 148)

Serves: 2 - fed one hungry husband as I don't eat pork 
Prep: 20 mins - took me 5 mins to make the dressing
Cook: 10 mins
Variants: I used leftover roast pork so I didn't follow the recipe fully
Verdict: Dressing is way too fishy
Husband's Verdict: Don't do it again!
Hoping to try the fish pie recipe if the husband catches something on the boat tomorrow!
